1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing War of the Guardians, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or play the game.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use War of the Guardians on compatible VR hardware (Meta Quest, SteamVR, Apple Vision Pro) for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Player Conduct & Safe Zones

War of the Guardians is designed for an immersive community experience. Harassment, hate speech, exploiting glitches, cheating, or using unauthorized third-party mods in multiplayer sessions will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban across all platforms.

4. Virtual Goods & Store Purchases

All virtual currency, cosmetic items, and gear packs acquired in-game remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you under a limited right of use. Transactions are governed by the respective store's refund policies (Meta Store, Steam, Apple App Store).

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of virtual reality hardware or software.
